Fabricated 0.025" aluminum backing plates for the nutplates needed to fasten the brake cover and the valve stem cover to the wheel fairing. Fixed the backing plates to the wheel fairings with epoxy adhesive. Put a couple layers of fiberglass and epoxy over the backing plates and inside of the wheel fairings.
De-molded the right brake cover from the right wheel fairing. Still need to clean the clay from the fairing and cover and trim the cover.
