Layed up a carbon fiber/epoxy "plate" for the top crankcase cover. The layup is composed of 8 layers of CF cloth and high temp epoxy. The layup is sandwiched under stiff fiberboard weighted with 85 lbs to press the plate flat. Initial cure will take about 24 hours. Heat treat after that.
Installed castle nuts, washers, and cotter pins on all the AN-3 bolts fastening the brake master and slave cylinders. Cotter pinned the rudder cable bolts/nuts fastening the cable ends to the rudder pedals.
