Began fabricating a seat support for the pilot side. Trimmed 1/4" vinyl foam to fit. Partially formed the foam to fit the seat curvature using a heat gun. Laminated one layer of glass cloth to the top side of the foam form. Used weights to press the foam core into the seat curvature shape.
