Brief Description: Left wing walk doubler and more
Installed right wing. Set incidence and drilled hole to affix rear spar to fuselage bracket. Fit flap. Had to elongate the flap slot to give full travel to the flap.
Cut out left wing walk doubler from 0.025" 6061T6 aluminum. Drilled rivet holes using the top wing skin as a pattern. De-burred holes, cleaned with acetone and primered with zinc chromate on both sides.
Double checked measurements for left wing incidence to be sure all was straight with the fuselage.
