Made angles to fasten nose ribs #1 and #2 to the main spar and spar doubler. The holes through the spar cap that are used to fasten the #1 nose rib were too close to the edge of the angle, 1-ZU-1-4. I had to rework the angle by cutting off the top 1" of the angle and making a piece that projected beyond the edge of teh original angle. The piece was riveted on to the angle. Pictures attached. All pieces of nose ribs #1 & #2 and attachment angles were zinc chromated so they can be riveted on.
