Worked more on the fuel level sender cover mold and parts. Putting a coat of resin on the mold surface, sanding it smooth, waxing with mold release wax and four light coats of PVA worked perfectly. The part separates from the mold easily. I made three covers and expect to lay up another later tonight. The covers will still need to be finished.
