Brief Description: Designed new ailerion bell crank
Designed a new aileron bell crank to incorporate bronze bushings and ball bearing. The new bell crank will improve reliability and keep aileron cable tension constant because the bearings will wear less than the original design.
New bellcrank has the same geometry as the original and uses the same attaching hardware. Made a drawing of the bellcrank using Solidworks.
Bushing is Aircraft Spruce P/N 04-01650 Bell crank ball bearing is Aircraft Spruce P/N 05-03451
