Installed the rear spar bolts and torqued to 144 in lbs. Torqued all of the main spar bolts to 144 in lbs.
Installed both flaps and both ailerons. Installed the aileron balance weights. Connected the aileron control rod ends to the aileron control horns. Adjusted aileron and flap position for correct travel according to Zenith instructions.
Safety wired the ends of the aileron and flap hinge pins to keep them from from coming out.
