Removed the safety wire installed yesterday on one of the aileron turnbuckles. Removed some material from the turnbuckle fork and the aileron control arm to give enough clearace for the safety wire passing through the turnbuckle fork. Set the aileron cable tension to 30 lbs as the Zenith instructions specify. Installed safety wire on the turnbuckle.
Relieved some material on the aileron control arm where the control arm interfered with one elevator cable when the aileron control stick was full to the left and full up.
Installed safety wire on the two elevator turnbuckles.
