Continued work on the intake manifold. Welded 1/8" aluminum reinforcements to locations on the manifold where sensor ports will be. Threaded the ports for 1/8" pipe.
Cut another 1.625" diameter aluminum tube for a 2nd intake maniflod which will have the two sides be more equal in length and flow. This tube will need a bend in it similar to the original manifold except the bend will be further back from the "Y". Made 3 cuts nearly around the tube circumference one inch apart. These will allow the tube to be bent. The cuts will need to have covers welded over the slots in the outside of the tube.
