Tested the fuel pump safety system based on the VW fuel pump relay. Connected the relay sense input to one of the coil primaries. Tested a 1K resistor in series with the relay sense input. This is as a passive protective device to prevent reducing coil output in case the relay sense wire is shorted. Made a pencil drawing of both ignition and fuel pump safety relay systems.
