Brief Description: Build jig for Horizontal Stabilizer
5-29-2009 1200-1630 (4.5 hours) Cut plywook and 2x4 pieces to construct sliding frame.
5-30-2009 0830-1245 (4.25 hours) Draw frame dimesisons, cut blocks to hold tubes in place. You may note that the jig sits atop the workbench and is held in place width-wide by the 2x4s that protrude below the workbench edges. The bottom is elevated half width (2x4 on its side) which allows a convenient method to slide the jig left ot right to free up workspace as necessary. It is simple and works very well.
