I just noticed in section A-A of DWG 39 that the edge distance for the rivet holes on the cabin frame 1/4”, not the 5/16” that I had marked. I assume this is to maintain an adequate edge distance for the rivet holes in the straps. I also noticed that the edges of the frame have shear marks and are slightly irregular due to the forming process, so before remarking the rivet locations on the channels I’m marking the edges with a blue sharpie and using the vixen file to even them out. I got through one channel section today.
