Installed Horner wing tip and aligned everything and drilled and clecoed every 2.5 inches offset by 1/4". The fiberglass was not finished exactly straight, so had to compensate by measuring in from wing box. Installed aluminum fill piece at end of wing tip, had to bend ends slightly to get a nice fit. My mother helped to flip wing over on sawhorses. Drilled out rivets for number one rib. The rib wasn't sitting snugly against the leading edge tube. Found new gusset that lined up with existing holes and fitted a new rib.
