Brief Description: Mounted G Meter into Instrument Panel
Installed a control knob on the AOA Programming box selector switch. This allows better control of the items to be programmed.
Created a template for the mounting holes for the G meter/clock on heavy paper. Placed the paper over the instrument hole, aligned and taped in place. Drilled each mounting hole with a 1/8 inch bit. Mounted the G meter/clock and checked the alignment of the holes with the instrument. Adjusted the mounting holes to fit the instrument. Installed four #6 X 32 by 1/2 inch screws into the instrument. Plan to replace the screws with black hex bolts.
Checked out the location for the installation of the temperature probe (OTP). Looks like a good location is on the left side panel behind the instrument panel about 5 inches down from the top of the panel.
