Brief Description: Installed Right Wing Light Plug and Connect Light
Installed the right wing light plug the same as the left wing light plug. Printed wire labels for the wing light wires and the tail light wire. Put the labels on their respective wires. Put a 1 inch segment of heat shrink tubing on the right wing light wire. Striped out about 1 1/4 inch length of the wire and removed a1/4 inch of insulation for each of the wires. Folded the bare wire ends in half back onto themselves. Soldered each end of the wires. Inserted the wires into the terminal block on the right side of the controller in positions #5 red wire and #6 black wire. Paired up the left wing and tail light wires and secured them together with zip ties. Stripped each of the wires and joined like wires together. Soldered each end to secure the joins. Inserted the wire pairs into the terminal positions #7 red wires and #8 black wires.
Measured the beacon wires to their termination points and cut to length. Installed crimp terminals on the ends of the wires. Slid heat shrink tubing over each of the terminals and secured with heat. Labeled each of the wires with flag labels for beacon ground and beacon power. Secured the ground wire to the center ground strip. Removed the beacon switch from the instrument panel and mounted the power wire to the switch. Installed the switch back into the instrument panel and secured it in place.
