Cut six equal lengths of 20 gage red wire. Removed 3/8 inch insulation from each end of the wires. Soldered each end of the six wires. Printed two labels of each, P Landing Lite, P Strobe Lite, P Wig-Wag, and G Landing Lite. Cut each label free from the tape and installed one "P" label on each of the six red wires securing with the heat gun. Mounted each of the wires into the plug starting with the "P Landing Lite" in position #2, the "P Strobe Lite" in position #3, and the " P Wig-Wag" in position #4. Then installed the free end of the "P Landing Lite" wire into the selector switch position #1, the free end of "P Strobe Lite" into position #2, and the free end of "P Wig-Wag" into position #3. Repeated the above process for the second plug and set of wires.
Cut three equal sets of blue 20 gage wire long enough to run from the rheostat to the controller plug. Removed 3/8 inch of insulation from each end of the wires and soldered the ends solid. Formed a hock in one end of each of the blue wires and soldered each to a terminal on the rheostat. Added a length of heat - shrink tubing to each of the blue wires and secured in place at the rheostat with the heat gun. Connected the free ends of the rheostat wires into the controller plug starting with position #2.
