Brief Description:  Final Engine Electrical Wiring

Put female blade terminals on a segment of 18 gage 2-wire. Cut to length which allowed connection to the oil pressure light sensor and the oil pressure instrument sensor and reach the terminal block on the instrument side of the firewall. Installed a wiring clamp on the firewall about 6 inches above the sensor connections.

Installed a female blade terminal on a segment of 12 gage stranded wire and test mounted it to the starter solenoid. Ran the wire up passed the left engine coil and to the terminal block on the instrument side of the firewall.

Uncoiled the lead wire from the carburetor heat sensor and routed it along side of the left distributor wiring bundle and out through the firewall with the excess left behind the instrument panel.

Using wiring protection coils rapped each set of wires leading to the engine. The left coil wiring along with the starter solenoid wire was wrapped into one bundle. The left distribution wiring along with the carburetor heat sensor wire were bundled into another wrap. The right distribution and coil wiring was bundled with the oil pressure wiring for part of the segment. The right coil wiring was split out and wrapped with a smaller yellow wrap. The distributor and oil pressure wiring was continued to be bundled together and the wrap extended to near their termination point.
