Placed a 3/8 by 1/2 inch stainless steel washer on each 4 inch bolt and started it into the propeller hub. Seated each bolt into the hub and tighten until a 1/16 inch gap existed between the bolt head and the prop hub. Applied two quarter turns to each bolt around the hub. Continued this until each bolt reached light resistance. Put the torque wrench on a bolt and applied one quarter turn. Moved to the opposite bolt and repeated the one quarter turn. Continued around the hub on opposite bolts until each bolt reach a torque level of 110 inch-pounds. Applied a thin self-locking nut to the end of each prop bolt and tighten firmly.
