Brief Description: Oil Accumulator Control Cable Installation
Installed the oil accumulator cable through the firewall fitting after removing all of the hardware from the end of the cable. Added back onto the cable end one nut and lock washer before routing the cable through the support bracket. Next put a lock washer followed by another nut on the cable. Then added the lock nut for the end bracket. Mounted the end fitting and connected it to the actuator arm. Completed the alignment by adjusting the mounting bracket nuts for the correct position of the cable. Now set the correct amount of cable through the firewall for proper clearance and tighten the firewall fitting to hold the cable in place.
