Brief Description: Aileron Crossover Cable Center Shim
Finished shaping the shim by sanding the edges and sides. Drilled one 3/16 inch hole in the forward lower end of the shim. Mounted the shim to the floor pan with an AN 3 bolt and measured the second hole. Drilled at the marked location. Installed a second AN 3 bolt. Routed the crossover cable through the shim and checked the alignment of the ailerons with the lower wings. Adjusted as necessary. Connected the lower aileron cables and checked alignment and position of the stick. Additional adjustments may be needed.
