Brief Description: Tail Wheel Adjustment and Installed the Remaining
Lifted the tail and placed a stand under the tail. Unbolted the tail wheel bracket from the arm and set the wheel aside leaving the cables connected. Removed the bolts holding the tail wheel arm to the fuselage and removed the arm. Used the hydraulic press to press out more of the curve in the mounting arm. Remounted the arm on the fuselage and set the tail wheel assembly in place. The angle was better. Left the bolt out to find another the correct size.
Drilled out the two holes which the wing gap covers were over on the access opening in the wing stubs. Installed the 8 remaining open access plugs on the underside of the wings. Now ready to install the wing stub opening covers during the next work day.
