Brief Description: Drilled Rivet Stitch Holes on Wing Stubs
Removed the CHT probe fitting from the #1 exhaust manifold and drilled out the old glue from the sensor opening. Tested fitting the sensor into the probe opening. It appeared to fit ok. Filled sensor opening on the probe with high temp epoxy and installed the sensor into the probe. Set it aside to cure for 24 hours.
Marked the under side of the wing stub inside ribs every three inches. Drilled 1/8 inch holes at each marked location on both wing stubs. Used a 1/4 inch drill bit to deburr each of the drilled holes both top and bottom on the wing ribs.
