Brief Description: Started Mounting the Horzintial Stabilizer
Laid the horizontal stabilizer on the tail areas. Installed larger washers under the mounting bolts to distribute the load on the horizontal stabilizer. Laid out the stabilizer and connected the aft two bolts which was left loose. Ran the fiber glass probe through the horizontal stabilizer at the rudder slits. Taped the correct rudder cable onto the probe and pulled the cable through the horizon stabilizer. Repeated the process for the other cable. Looked for the C bracket that goes on the nose of the stabilizer to secure the rudder. Found that some of the paint required attention and got out the green paint and mixed it up. Completed the touch-up of the green paint. The brown paint will also require some assist in cleaning and repairing the horizontal stabilizer.
