Cut and anchor the elevator spar to the work table. Mark the trailing edge on the work table per the plans. Mark the spar per the plans for the bracing. Cut and form the trailing edge of the elevaror. Cut and form the two right channel braces and cleo them on to the elevator. Cut the left most brace from 1/2" tubing. Install two elevator hinges on the right side per the plans. Cut and install gussets on the elevator spar and the trailing edge.
