Cut and drilled the rudder post per plans. Layed out the rudder arc on plywood and set wood blocks. Formed the 1/2" tubing per the rudder arc. Installed 3" wood dowells in each end of the rudder arc. Mounted the trailing structure of the rudder to the rudder post and triming each end of the arc to the rudder post. Cut and install a wood dowell through the center brace of the rudder. Install the center brace through a hold drilled half way through the post and touching the rudder arc. Formed the upper and lower changles per plans and trim to fit the rudder frame.
