Selected a segment of light angle iron and marked it at the length of the cross area of the frame. Cut the angle iron to length and smoothed all edges. Welded the angle iron to the fuselage. Ground each end of the brace to match the tail post and the angle of the cross brace. Welded the brace in place at the tail post and the center of the cross angle iron.
