Placed the beacon mount ring on the panel over the hole and drilled a 1/8 inch hole center in the center line screw hole. Placed a cleo in the 1/8 inch hole to hole the mount ring in place. Carefully aligned the ring over the cutout and drilled a second 1/8 inch hole center in another screw hole on the ring oppose the cleoed hole. Placed a second cleo on the ring. Drilled the remaining screw holes with a 3/16 inch drill. Removed the mount ring and drilled the two 1/8 inch holes out to 3/16 inch. Installed five 1032 anchor nuts on each of the ring screw holes.
