Brief Description:  Fixed a Fuel Seep and Put Brake Fluid in Left Brak

Raised the aircraft tail and set it on a saw horse. Drained most of the fuel from the fuel tank back into the fuel container. Heated the lower end of the fuel site gauge and removed it from the brass elbow. Turned the elbow down and catch the remaining fuel draining from the tank. Removed the elbow from the tank and applied fuel resistant lubricant to the threads. Tighten the elbow back into the tank and connected the site gate. Slid the clamp on the end of the tubing. Filled the fuel tank with about 2 gal. of fuel and observed for any leaks or wetness. Looked good and will check tomorrow.

Poured a couple of ounces of DOT 3 brake fluid into the left brake master cylinder reservoir. Noted a leak on the caliper connection to the brake line. Tried to tighten the fitting but that did not help. Removed the brake line and drained the brake fluid into a container. Inspected the fitting for the connection to the brake line and found that it was not compatible with the brake line. Going to have to do some research on brake line connections.
