Brief Description: Checking Wing Configuration and Bracing
Secured one end of a 3/32 cable to a steel tab using a thimble and crimp. Trimmed the loose cable end close to the crimp. Mounted the tab on the upper end of the strut with a AN3 bolt. Measured the cable across to the bottom of the opposite strut and cut to length. Mounted a tab to lower end of the strut and connected a turnbuckle to the tab with a 3/16 inch pin and cotter key. Mounted a thimble in the other end of the turnbuckle and pulled the 3/32 cable through the thimble. Secured the cable to the turnbuckle with a crimp after pulling the cable hand tight. Repeated the process for the second cable on the opposite strut.
