Moved the wood frame to the left side of the fuselage. Positioned the cross member on the frame at the position of the top wing. Positioned the top wing on the upper cross member and raised the other end up and fitted it onto the center section of the wing. Tied a strap around the wing connection to prevent separation and falling. Mounted the lower left wing first over the lower cross member and then onto the fuselage wing stubs. Checked the level of the fuselage. Adjusted the upper and lower wings until level by moving the cross member and reclamping in place. On the lower wing check that the cross member was clamp at the same angle as the fuselage wing stubs of 1.2 degrees higher in front as in back.
Attached one end of a 1/8 inch cable to the center section left side forward fitting using a thimble and crimp. Removed the excess cable at the crimp using a drimal tool with a cutoff wheel. Completed the final crimp next to the cut cable providing a clean end for the cable. Measured out the cable to the forward wing fitting and cut to size. Repeated the process for the aft fitting cable.
