Brief Description:  Issue with Center Wing Section

Visited Airdrome Aeroplanes and met with Robert. Returned center section spar pipes as redundent. Discovered that the plans for the build were wrong for my configuration. I have an aluminum wing with a chrom molly steel fuselage. The center wing section was designed for the aluminum fuselage and is too wide. The fix is to cut off the excess on each side so the top and bottom wings will line up over each other when connected to the fuselage.

Covered issues on the TMI Carburetor relating to vapor lock and loss of fuel flow. The loss of fuel flow can be minimized by having a manual primer attached. The vapor lock can be prevented by installing a small fuel return port on the carburetor. Obtained a mounting bracket for the throttle cable to the carburetor. Talked about using a Morse cable for the throttle.

Reviewed fuel tank cap requirements and the issues relating to venting the fuel tank.
