Brief Description:  Ardunio heater servo control

I am setting up heat controls for front/rear, left/right. I do not want to run push/pull cables for all of the functions so an using servos with an Arduino.
Arduino is an open form micro controller that is low cost ($10-20) and easy to program by even a novice (me) and can control up to 6 servos per device. There is a ton of application details available on Youtube and in print.
I am using model airplane/boat/car servos that are sized to do what I need. The servo position is controlled by a pot. It opens up possibilities to remotely control almost anything I want in the aircraft.
The programing is straightforward. In addition, the same Arduino can wig/wag lights, dim LEDs etc.

The Arduino can only source a small amount of current (around 500 ma) without sustaining damage, so the servo power is supplied separately by a 5V linier power regulator sourced from Digikey for $1.50.
