I layed up the completed plugs with 6-8 layers to form the molds for the final parts. The console will need to be layed up as a clamshell or the part will never come out tof the mold. The joint is formed using a modeling clay "wall" to create a flange. Once the first half layup cures, the second half will be formed against the flange. I will set these up to be infused as the quality of the layup is soo much better (fewer voids and lowest weight of resin.
The layups pulled from the plug with no issues other tha a few bubbles to fill. The center stack was reinforced to keep the sides straight and flat. The console plug was cleaned up and preped to lay up the second half.
