Fabrication of the trim servo assembly is straight forward. Fishing it through the bushings into position was a challange. I ended up breaking one bushing and knocking two others out of position before I was done.
I struggled with the initial rigging of the trim tabs until I read Tim Olson's (http://www.myrv10.com/N104CD/maintenance/20080622/index.html). Basically the left trim tab moves from 0 down to 35 degrees up trim (which is down deflection) at the same time the right trim tab moves from 25 down trim to 35 degrees up trim. Magic!! The trick to proper rigging is to rig the right trim tab first for proper travel then set to neutral. Then rig the left trim tab to neutral to match. At that point the right and left trim tabs should not ever oppose each other through the full travel.
