Brief Description:  Hall Efect Sensor install for the ignition trigger

I met with a fellow RV builder (RV14) and talked through the primary electrical system and integration of the VPX Pro.

I also met with my interior guy to go over materials, colors and methods of installation. We are going with Dark grey carpet, light grey leather seats and an ivory colored headliner. The console, arm rest and overhead will also be leather. We came up with a way to finish out the rear side vents that should look good. I will detail that when I get that far.

I removed the prop (once again) in order to get to the ring gear and install the CPI trigger magnets. Using the drill guide that came with the material package, this turned out to be easy. Four holes were drilled, tapped and the magnets glued in place backed up by dual set screws. Sensor mounting was as easy as removing two nuts, replaced by extended nuts, then bolted in place. I took the opportunity to safety wire the alternator brackets as well as the sensor bolts while accessible. I routed the sensor wires back through the right front baffle edge under the right bank of cylinders for now. I will finalize that routing once the electronics are in place.
