Brief Description:  prep tailcone for final assembly

Cleaning, deburing and dimpling has started in ernest. I will wait on the #40 holes until I get the two way deburring tool repaired. I have two replacement blades on order from ATS. I hope they are faster shipping than last time.

I also have two more 3" scotchbrite wheels on the way. Ny 2" wheel is worn down to 1" from use. I really like the small wheels in a die grinder for deburring. They are much easier to handle and bring to the part than a large on on a grinder. I also have experience with the grinder grabbing parts and throwing them across the shop..... I like the lower power version and high RPM of the die grinder.

Well 3 days of deburring, scotchbriting and priming and I am working on the bulkhead subassemblies. When starting an initial assembly the parts are all shiney and brite. Through the fabrication process of citting and drilling, parts ges messy and dusty. Now with everything preped and primed the parts are clean and fresh again ready for final assembly.
