I used a band saw to trim most of the outer edges.
I used an electric hand jig saw to cut the remainder. I noticed that the jig saw wasn't cutting as well as it has on previous trims yet I carried on. After completing all of the trimming I noticed that the 2 layers of BID below each of the leg holes delaminated from the foam. I believe this was a result of the vibration of the saw due to a dull blade and not enough support under the thin pieces between the leg holes and bottom cutouts during trimming.
After onsulting with the cozy mailing list archive, my plan for tomorrow is to put wet slurry between the foam and the glass then clamp it down for 24+ hours.
