Using the leftover "Last-A-Foam" piece from F28, and with a new 0.2" thick white high density "Last-A-Foam" piece (P/N 01-14400), I arranged the foam and templates to piece together the foam for the instrument panel. I cut the right side of the F28 foam piece to make the rectangular pieces to join the 2 larger pieces of foam.
The middle pieces were sanded for best fit, then the foam was vacuumed before joining. Wax paper was placed under each of the 3 locations where the foam is being joined. The positions for the middle pieces were marked with a marker before mixing the epoxy.
One small batch of 5 minute epoxy was mixed and the three middle pieces were joined to the bottom piece. Excess epoxy was removed with a stirring stick and paper towel.
A second small batch of 5 minute epoxy was mixed and using a stir stick epoxy was applied to the top of the 3 middle pieces then the top piece was postioned and held in place for a few minutes. Excess epoxy was removed with a stirring stick and paper towel.
