The foam piece leftover after the F22 doubler was cut out and a new LAST-A-FOAM 2 x 12 x 48 piece were clamped together. The right half of the F22 bulkhead was traced, then it was flipped over and the left half was traced. Using a coping saw, utility knife and straight edge the 4 pieces were then cutout as shown in the 3rd image below.
