Brief Description: Heat Duct and Head Rests

A foam template of the rear seat heat duct sides was made to fit between the front seatback and forward landing gear bulkhead. Both side pieces, the top, and inner baffle were drawn on 1/4" low density Clark foam. Workshop temperature was 24 deg C and humidity 60%. A batch of micro was mixed using 60g resin, 22g hardner and glass bubbles. Micro was applied to the front faces of both headrests and to the heat duct pieces. A batch of epoxy was mixed using 148g resin and 56g hardner. Two layers of BID cloth was wet out on the heat duct pieces and on both head rests over the foam surfaces where the micro was applied.
