Brief Description: Canard Cutout

Finished sanding the NACA Scoop and fuselage bottom then vacuumed the fuselage. Turned the fuselage right side up on the saw horses with carpet placed between the saw horses and the fuselage bottom. Cutout the area forward of bulkhead F28 and above Water Line 18.9 for the canard.
