Brief Description: Permanent floor installation

Permanent Installation of the aircraft floor. Shop temperature was 25 deg C and humidity 39%. Several batches of medium stiff flox was mixed. The flox was applied on all the mating surfaces: longerons, seatback, heat duct, and front bulkhead F22. Shims were positioned and floxed. Noah helped me lift the floor off the work table onto the fuselage. The floor was positioned properly and then weights and clamps were used to hold it in place during cure. Excess flox inside and out of the fuselage was wiped away.
