A 0.25" diam, 12" long drill bit was inserted through the existing holes in the forward landing gear bulkhead and, using the inside plywood corners as guides, 0.25" holes were drilled through the hard points in the aft bulkhead.
The 8" x 8" squares were knocked out and glue scraped off of the bulkheads.
