Verified that the 0.25" drill bit touches both pieces of wood when pushed through the 0.25" hole in each of the forward landing gear bulkhead hardpoints. This ensures that the front and aft landing gear bulkhead holes will be aligned once the aft bulkhead holes are drilled.
Removed the temporary blocks used to position the aft landing gear bulkhead.
Sanded the corners of the aft landing gear bulkhead.
Prepared 2-ply BID cloth tape .... four 2" strips, 10" long. Shop temperature was 25 deg C and humidity was 33%.
Applied the tape to the 4 corners and used peel ply on all edges.
