The hardner container in the epoxy pump was a disaster so I spent the first hour cleaning it out and then adding new hardner. Once that got sorted out then the real work could start....
Epoxy was applied to each of the permanent firewall pieces (aft side) with a paint brush. A single ply of BID cloth was rolled out onto each of the pieces and epoxy was applied to it using a squeegee. The layups were covered with peel ply followed by wax paper and plywood with bricks to weigh it down.
