Shop temperature was 85 degrees F and humidity was lowered to 40% using a dehumidifier.
22 layers of BID cloth were wet out, squeeging air out of each layer. Using a straight edge and 0.25" thick foam pieces on each side of the layup, it was determined that additional layers of BID cloth were required to achieve a thickness of 0.25". In total, 24 layers of BID cloth were used in this layup.
The layup was covered with saran wrap, a flatboard, and weights.
