Brief Description: Instrument Panel Forward Face Layup

The shop temperature was 80deg F and the humidity was 30%. Jason Piecowye, Maintenance Manager at Beyond Blue Aerospace, helped with the layup. Dry micro was applied as required to low voids on the foam. Micro slurry was applied over the entire foam piece. 2 plies of BID @ 45degrees was glassed onto the foam. 1 ply of UND horizontally above the leg cutouts was applied. Peel ply, wax paper, and wood/weights were added.
