I tried to trim the dried glass off the aft face of F28 with a hack saw blade on a handle. That wasn't working very well. I switched over to a band saw and carefully cut the excess glass off of F28. The band saw worked a lot better. Then I sanded the edges, vaccuumed F28 and its ready for the forward face to be glassed.
