The day has finally arrived when the fuselage needs to be put up onto the landing gear. A couple of friends came over to help in the lifting and installation process. It was a pretty straight-forward assembly. Lifted the fuselage up onto saw-horses and supported it behind where the landing gear attaches. Bolted components in place. One problem that did arise was once the LDG was installed, the fuselage wanted to tip forward. But Dan applied the proper amount of counterweight to keep the tail down while Noah & I installed the parts. Only a couple of the bolts were perfectly aligned. The others were just a bit off-center and needed to be "finessed."
